EssilorLuxottica is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our OPSM team. The primary focus of this role will be on cultivating and managing B2B partnerships and driving sales of prescription safety eyewear. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, excel in existing account management, and demonstrate a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This position is primilary office based however there is a travel requirement to WA/ QLD & VIC- this will be approximatlry 4-5 times a year. 

Requirements for Success: 

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic B2B partnerships.
  • Drive sales of prescription safety eyewear with current and existing partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the B2B segment.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the B2B and Contracts manager.

Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the eyewear or safety equipment industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
