**Requirements for Success**:
- Identify, develop, and maintain strategic B2B partnerships.
- Drive sales of prescription safety eyewear with current and existing partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the B2B segment.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
- Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the B2B and Contracts manager.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, preferably in the eyewear or safety equipment industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite software.
