Your opportunity

As the Commercial Leasing Administrator, you will play a key partner to the Commercial Asset Management team. You’ll be producing, negotiating, and finalising documentation with our commercial tenants so that we can deliver on the strategic intentions of Scentre Group’s commercial and sundry properties.

  • Collaborate across the Commercial Asset Management team and Leasing & Retail Solutions to deliver the leasing elements of the strategic asset plans.
  • Delivery of consistent information including forensic scrutiny of each opportunity.
  • Prepare and distribute all documentation in accordance with established guidelines and timeframes.
  • Ensure the return of all documentation including Lease, Fitout Deed (if applicable), insurances, bank guarantee, and rent in advance (where applicable) prior to the commencement of the lease.  Highlight any at risk commercial tenants to your Regional Manager.
  • Ensure all relevant information and documentation held by Retail Administration in respect of the assets are audited and reflect the correct information.
  • Highlight non-standard agreements to mitigate any potential legal and financial risk to Scentre Group.

Previous experience in lease administration for an owner, retailer, or major commercial tenant is desirable but not essential.
