Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the provision of contracted lease administration services for various client teams
  • Oversee a substantial off-site portfolio or a regional office catering to multiple accounts
  • Administer lease obligations and ensure general lease compliance
  • Review formal lease agreements to determine tenancy requirements
  • Manage all billings, including recurring recoverable charges linked with property expenses
  • Collaborate with other Senior Lease Administrators, offering guidance and support to team members
The Opportunity

As a Senior Lease Administrator at CBRE, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within the Lease Administration team to support the management and administration of a portfolio of high-profile leases. You will examine executed leases and other tenancy documentation for data extraction, set up and maintenance in Yardi Voyager. You will also manage multiple leases simultaneously and efficiently, ensuring lease information is accurately updated in the system.
