About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Leasing Officer to join our commercial property team. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for assisting with lease negotiations, drafting rental budgets, and managing databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with drafting rental and outgoing budgets
  • Assist with lease negotiations and offers to lease preparation
  • Manage databases and perform general lease administration tasks
  • Assist with marketing and campaign management
  • Manage online queries and coordinate site inspections with clients
  • Assist with forecasting and lease revenue tracking
  • Work closely with Senior Leasing Executives to assist with ad-hoc duties
Requirements
  • Some experience in a similar role, preferably in retail, commercial, or residential lease administration
  • A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (a licence is ideal but not essential)
  • A driven and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a common-sense approach
  • A current driver's licence
