The Opportunity
BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Sales based in Eagle Farm . BlueScope Distribution is a single-source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.
In this exciting customer-facing opportunity, you will grow and build strong partnering relationships with our customers, now and for the future. While developing sales strategies, you will ensure profitable growth of revenue, margin and market share for our BlueScope Distribution business within the Sheet & Coil & Framing market.

What Will You Do?
Based out of our Trade Coast office in Eagle Farm, and covering the Brisbane Metro region, you will:
identifying new business opportunities and improving our share of wallet with existing customers, with a focus on sheet and coil products work closely with the sales team to grow revenue, margin and market share identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders - including industry bodies and specialists research and investigate key industry projects for future business growth opportunities provide leadership, guidance and input into key customer supply proposals, quotes and tender submissions across the business within the Sheet & coil space and framing market.More About You
Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs and transforming these into improved product and service offerings, you will bring:
