**About the Role**:
**CarPlace Brisbane** have an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced **Business Manager **who is committed and driven to ensuring our customers receive a premium experience driving away with the vehicle of their dreams. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, using your entrepreneurial spirit to drive financial success and create extraordinary customer experiences. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of car buying.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Experience in finance, insurance or warranty with a history of success in dealership F&I
- A passion for financial success and a talent for closing deals
- Strong financial management and analytical skills to drive innovative strategies.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a strong team spirit.
- Natural ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
- A genuine passion for finance and insurance, with the drive to succeed and grow.
