Role:

As a ServiceNow Developer you will be joining a newly formed team to support the on-going enhancements and evolution of the ServiceNow platform. This role reports to the Platform owner and be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise in digital, automation and collaboration services technologies to provide solutions in line with the proposed architecture and designs in the ServiceNow Platform
  • Configure, code and script applications based on business requirements to facilitate roll out of new functionality, interfaces, modules and catalog requests
  • Experience in managing the configuration of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), developing workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies
  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing by planning and executing unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure changes behave as designed.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support: Assist users and teams in understanding and effectively using ServiceNow solutions

You will have:

  • 3 + years ServiceNow hands on development experience
  • ServiceNow certified System Administrator or Application developer
  • Digital automation experience
  • Ability to develop and configure business rules, UI policies, scripts, ACLs, and workflow
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SAM, and other modules.
  • Knowledge of web services, REST, SOAP, and integration methodologies
  • Implement, test, and deploy ServiceNow updates and patches
  • Financial services domain experience advantageous
