Job Title: Sales Development Representative

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects, and providing feedback on campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify marketing-generated leads to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Manage all inbound leads to sales acceptance
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute demand generation campaigns
  • Attend company events and regional trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Develop a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and their value proposition
  • Research target accounts for prospecting activities and build prospecting contact lists
  • Maintain accurate contact information within our CRM system

Requirements:

  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for sales and prospecting
  • A basic understanding of cloud computing and SaaS offerings
  • Ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions from competitors
  • Occasional travel for training or meetings may be required
