At ServiceNow, we're committed to empowering our partners to drive digital transformation and achieve predictable outcomes. As a Sr. Regional Partner Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our regional partner ecosystem, fostering successful partnerships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional partner strategies to accelerate digital transformation and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Field Sales, Solution Sales, and Customer Outcome, to drive joint sales pursuits and deliver successful projects.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow's Big 4 partners to produce new business opportunities and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional partners, ensuring they have the necessary capacity, capability, and competency to sell the value of the Now Platform.
  • Design and implement joint go-to-market plans, leveraging ServiceNow's four C requirements: Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales or 7+ years of partner management or consulting experience.
  • Proven track record of driving successful business development activities.
  • Experience working with multiple sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem in a 'win as a team' environment.
  • Strong network and relationships among the consulting community in ANZ.
