About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for designing and delivering consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform.
  • Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies within ServiceNow.
  • Develop custom ServiceNow applications using modern web technologies.
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
  • Configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls.
  • Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third-party systems/applications via APIs.
  • Rapidly prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to our stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the ServiceNow installation.
About You

You will have a strong background in software development and experience with ServiceNow. You will be able to build reports, dashboards, and homepages with ServiceNow or similar technologies. Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalogue items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.

You will also have experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems through REST APIs and experience with the ServiceNow Studio IDE. ITIL Foundations certification is preferable.
