Position: Project Coordinator/Manager
Location: Port Augusta
National Disability Access Group, a prominent provider of NDIS support services, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to oversee and lead our support workers and services in Port Augusta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage support plans and services for NDIS participants to ensure individualized care and support.
- Coordinate a team of support workers, providing guidance, supervision, and training as needed.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and external stakeholders to address their specific needs and preferences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of support services and implement improvements to enhance participant outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Project Coordinator (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project coordination, team management, and service delivery within the disability support sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability rights, and best practices in support service provision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities in managing multiple projects and priorities.
