We are seeking an experienced Dynamic Project Coordinator Lead to join our dynamic project team based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Job Overview

The Senior Program Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery, management and coordination of works closely with a diverse team of program and project leaders and professionals, ensuring that program milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of significant infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with strategic and business objectives through effective project controls;
  • Foster communication and collaboration among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and issue resolution;
  • Supervise and mentor the Project Officer, guiding them on tasks, timelines, and deliverables;
  • Build and maintain strong connections with internal groups, operations, consultants, and contractors;
  • Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges for the leadership team and stakeholders; and
  • Identify and mitigate risks while driving process improvements and innovation within the program.

What We Offer
