Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Disability Services Manager to oversee and lead our support workers and services in Port Augusta. The successful candidate will have proven experience in project coordination, team management, and service delivery within the disability support sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage support plans and services for NDIS participants to ensure individualized care and support.
- Coordinate a team of support workers, providing guidance, supervision, and training as needed.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with participants, their families, and external stakeholders to address their specific needs and preferences.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of support services and implement improvements to enhance participant outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Project Coordinator (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in project coordination, team management, and service delivery within the disability support sector.
- Thorough knowledge of the NDIS framework, disability rights, and best practices in support service provision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving capabilities in managing multiple projects and priorities.
