We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project team based at our Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Role Overview
The Senior Program Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the delivery, management and coordination works closely with a diverse team of program and project leaders and professionals, ensuring that program milestones are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of a significant infrastructure program, ensuring alignment with strategic and business objectives through effective project controls;
  • Foster communication and collaboration among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery and issue resolution;
  • Supervise and mentor the Project Officer, guiding them on tasks, timelines, and deliverables;
  • Build and maintain strong connections with internal groups, operations, consultants, and contractors;
  • Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges for the leadership team and stakeholders; and
  • Identify and mitigate risks while driving process improvements and innovation within the program.

About you

Your skills and experience will include;

  • Diploma of Project Management, or an equivalent level of skills and knowledge gained through experience;
  • Advanced organisational skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously;
  • Agile approach and strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders;
  • Previous experience in program or project management within the infrastructure sector (5 years + desirable but not essential);
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful team coordination; and
  • Ability to engage and present to program stakeholders and leadership.
