Project Coordinator Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic project team at Flinders Port Holdings, located in South Australia.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and management of projects, working closely with a diverse team of program and project leaders and professionals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives;
- Foster communication and collaboration among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners;
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, guiding them on tasks, timelines, and deliverables;
- Build and maintain strong connections with internal groups, operations, consultants, and contractors;
- Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and documentation to the leadership team and stakeholders;
- Identify and mitigate risks while driving process improvements and innovation within the program.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma of Project Management or equivalent experience;
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks;
- Agile approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Previous experience in program or project management within the infrastructure sector (5+ years desirable);
- Leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful team coordination;
- Ability to engage and present to program stakeholders and leadership.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
