How will I help?

  • Use agile and flexible ways of working to support program delivery, continuously adjusting to business needs and requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other OD team members to align and co-create across different portfolios.
  • Support relationships with business stakeholders across a range of levels, to enable delivery of key initiatives and programs of work.
  • Support the delivery of change management programs to engage, communicate, educate and embed sustainable solutions across all businesses.
  • Engage and partner with Global Engagement team, Heads of People, Strategic People Partners and other HR specialist partners to enable the delivery of consistent but also ‘right-fit’ OD solutions for the business.

Why work at Bupa?

  • Experience supporting the delivery of complex programs of work, including frameworks, processes and tools. Human centred design experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to engage with and communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the market unit at multiple levels.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of OD initiatives and programs of work in a large, complex, global and/or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create commercial insights from HR data and metrics, particularly employee engagement data.
  • Strong data collection, reporting and information management capabilities
  • A reputation for effective and timely delivery and making things happen at pace.
  • Strong project management and planning capabilities.
