**Key Role in Learning and Organisational Development**

As an integral part of the People and Culture team, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of all learning and organisational development for the Tabcorp employee workforce nationally.

**Responsibilities**

  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and develop solutions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees across the business, including induction programs and other related training.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
  • Conduct training/capability needs assessments and ongoing talent and succession people and capability development to address succession.
  • Consult with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate face-to-face training sessions.
  • Support the employee experience roles, including P&C led events, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) events, and guide leaders on Tabcorp's Capability Framework.
  • Plan and coordinate capability assessments, 360 feedback, and leadership coaching.
