Your New Role
As the CRM & Loyalty Marketing Executive you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer relationship and loyalty strategies. Working between frank green House (South Melbourne) and frank green Operations (Dandenong South), you will be at the heart of planning, executing, and reporting on our CRM activities and loyalty program development. Your expertise will ensure our strategies are seamlessly integrated across all customer touchpoints, driving customer retention and brand loyalty.
You will collaborate closely with the wider Marketing, Creative, and eCommerce teams to develop and manage targeted workflows and programs within our CRM and loyalty platforms. Your ability to accurately manage data and leverage insights will be key to building strong customer relationships and fostering a loyal community around the frank green brand. Regular performance reporting and post-campaign analysis will be part of your routine, helping us continuously improve and innovate.
Your Day to Day
- Plan, schedule, and project manage marketing campaigns diligently.
- Create and manage revenue-generating workflows within our CRM and Loyalty platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies for our loyalty program to incentivise and reward customers.
- Maintain CRM and Loyalty data accuracy, ensuring data is clean and up-to-date.
- Utilise data-driven insights to enhance customer retention and brand advocacy.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities.
- Provide weekly performance reports and detailed post-campaign analysis for the Leadership Team.
- Conduct ongoing WIPs (Work In Progress meetings) internally and with partners.
What You Need
- 2+ years' experience working in CRM, preferably using Klaviyo.
- Loyalty experience is favourable but not required.
- Analytical decision-maker, able to solve complex problems using data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and campaign management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
