About the Role

Culture Amp is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the company's go-to-market (GTM) strategy for core product portfolios. This is a challenging opportunity for an ambitious marketer to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute GTM strategies across product portfolios to increase awareness, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  2. Influence and rally teams to bring world-class products to market.
  3. Own the targeting strategy for product portfolios, including identifying best-fit users and developing ICP/buyer personas.
  4. Own the positioning and messaging for product portfolios and enable teams to use this positioning across the product and marketing funnel.
  5. Craft a compelling narrative to drive awareness and demand among the user base.
  6. Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure continued adoption and engagement of the product base via onboarding and retention initiatives.
  7. Source and analyze market and competitive insights to inform customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong experience running complex cross-functional GTM launches.
  • Ability to understand the market, competitors, and core customer audience.
