Loyalty and CRM Campaign Manager

This is a remote position.
SACS is a highly successful provider of online services. We are a B2B provider of online psychological measurement services through the SACS psychometric assessment portal. We are seeking a Loyalty and CRM Campaign Specialist experienced in B2B marketing. This role will be perfect for a freelancer with your own business seeking a collaborative client to add to your portfolio.
This role will suit an expert Loyalty and CRM Campaign Manager who comes from a marketing or business background with the ability to liaise with Marketing, Technology and Customer Service stakeholders. We are looking for an individual who can help us develop a strategy and roadmap for creating customer retention. You will be tasked with understanding and reviewing the SACS client journey and make recommendations on marketing automation and CRM capability.
