About the Role

We are seeking a part-time Administration Officer to join our team, to assist in:

  • Maintaining accurate membership records, processing new memberships, renewals and cancellations.
  • Website and database updates and maintenance.
  • Being a primary point of contact for phone and email enquiries, directing, recording and responding to membership and member insurance questions and providing information and support.
  • Processing online shop orders and managing the member equipment lending library.
  • Assisting with finance functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, data entry for month end reporting, payroll processing and tax lodgements.
  • Generating reports on membership statistics, trends, events and other relevant data.
  • Other ad hoc office support and administration as required.

We are looking for someone to work 3-4 days per week and are able to offer some flexibility on the days and times you wish to work your hours.
