**Your new role**

As the Administration Officer your core duties will be providing support to Operation Manager's. You’ll be required to multitask and manage competing priorities daily; reporting into the Operation Manager's, you’ll be responsible for;
- Register Requests for Quotes (RFQ) and Request for Tenders (RFT) for tracking.
- Manage the “Sales” outlook inbox and allocate opportunities to appropriate managers for review and pricing.
- Collating contract specific requirements and other information as required.
- In consultation with the Contracts Administration Manager, lodging or submitting prices or tenders with relevant Terms and Conditions.
- Update the Tender/Quote database for changes in status.
- Set up project and job files in accordance with documented procedures.
- Coding of job cost items to correct project / job as applicable.
- Collating data for any weekly / monthly reporting as required.
- Attend meetings and create minutes as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**

We are looking for an individual with very good administration skills, who has a willingness to learn and has an exceptional attention to detail. You will also need to possess the following.
- High level computer skills, including Microsoft suite and internal databases.
- Experience in providing operational support in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and negotiate with others to meet deadlines.
- Contract administration experience desirable but not essential
