Administrative Officer

Tilford Auto Group is a reputable and well-established automotive solutions provider seeking an experienced and committed Administration professional to join their team.

We are looking for an individual with a broad range of administrative skills, basic accounting understanding, and a 'can do' attitude to work in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning;
  • Financial administration including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliation;
  • Maintain accurate and organised records, including data entry, filing and managing important documents with confidentiality and attention to detail;
  • Develop, implement and streamline administrative processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and productivity;
  • Provide generalist administrative support and reception relief as required;
  • Assist with payroll administration and other financial tasks as needed.
