The Laser Clinics Group are on the lookout for a Regional Manager on a 12-month contract, who shares our passion for helping more people feel their version of GOOD. This role will mainly be based on road, supporting a region of both corporate owned and franchised clinics.

As a Regional Manager, you will form an integral part of our operations team and will be responsible for the performance and operations of the nominated clinic region. This role is also responsible for developing business performance, people and customer service to grow market share.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute strategies and plans to improve sales, increase productivity and margin performance across the region that delivers improved sales and clinic profitability.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, Franchisees clinic managers and clinic teams to execute operational plans effectively
  • Work with Franchisees and Clinic Managers to develop a high standard of customer service within the clinics
  • Lead clinic policy and procedure to enable Clinic Managers to operate clinics in an effective and compliant manner.
  • Identify learning and capability opportunities for improved delivery of the Laser Clinics Experience (LCX), improved cross-sell and upsell across all treatment categories with a view to exceeding our client’s expectations.
  • Lead, coach and manage clinic team members, with a focus on driving performance, profitability, and compliance.
  • Ensure clinics positively represent the brand at all times
  • Support clinics in the development of bespoke business plans that are aligned to the region and the overall LCG strategy

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business is highly regarded
  • Multi-site people focused management experience
  • Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail or healthcare industries
  • Experience in a franchising business is an advantage but not essential
  • Demonstrable ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key, influencing and leading cross functional teams
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding people management and leadership skills with motivation and enthusiasm to drive a high performing culture
  • Demonstrated ability to improve customer outcomes and performance standards through on the job training and coaching
  • Exposure to balance sheets and profit and loss (P&L) statements
  • Sales orientated to achieve targets and drive performance
