About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Corporate Services Leader to oversee the Finance, Risk, Insights, Governance, and ICT functions. As part of our leadership team, you'll contribute to strategic direction and drive effective achievement of our corporate services goals and KPIs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Corporate Services group to ensure cohesive and responsive operations focused on best outcomes for the RIC.
  • Contributing to strategic direction and achieving corporate services goals and KPIs.
  • Managing financial management functions, including monitoring and reporting finances in accordance with the PGPA Act and finance rules.
  • Overseeing customer loan account management functions and processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements, managing policy changes, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and enable opportunities.
  • Implementing good governance practices and continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing ICT architecture, platform, and security to ensure it's fit for purpose and supports our business objectives.

  • High-level strategic, specialist, and analytical skills to drive executive decision-making.
  • Experience navigating government landscapes and building stakeholder relationships.
  • Capability as a principal source of advice for the organisation and ministers.
