Job Overview:
As the Regional Manager for Local Area Engagement, you will be responsible for driving local area marketing strategies, increasing referrals to pre-need and at-need teams, and generating new business partnerships within your designated geographic territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Local Area Engagement Specialists to deliver growth and ensure InvoCare's services reach and support more families in their communities.
- Implement and execute local area marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Develop and manage local area engagement campaigns and strategies to target new community groups and business development opportunities.
- Identify and target new business partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to increase sales of pre-paid funerals and at-need referrals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in sales and/or business development leadership roles.
- Proven success in coaching and developing business development team members.
- Experience leading and managing financial performance targets and market share growth.
- Strong track record in creating and developing local business and community relationships.
- Elite networking and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence large audiences.
