As CRM Manager, you will turn data into action, driving engagement, retention, and revenue with cutting-edge CRM strategies, based at our centrally located office in North Sydney.

What you'll do:

Lead CRM strategy rollout, enhancing personalised consumer journeys across all markets Own and optimise email, SMS, and web push campaigns, driving engagement and growth Drive continuous improvements through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven insights Collaborate across teams to execute aligned, impactful CRM marketing programs Lead CRM initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and enhanced customer experiences

We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have:

5+ years’ experience in a similar B2C CRM marketing role Data analysis and consumer insights experience – audience segmentation, Proficient in CDP/CRM platforms (Insider, Klaviyo) Experience in SaaS E-commerce environment (Shopify, Big Commerce) Experience working for an omnichannel beauty, FMCG, retail or lifestyle brand preferable Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively incorporate feedback from various sources
