An exciting initiative on our strategic plan is to accelerate the development of our portfolio via super premium spirits and with that in mind we are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our Vanguard Luxury Brands team servicing the Northwestern Sydney area including Northern Beaches & Central Coast. This role is available on a permanent, full-time basis and will report into our NSW Sales Manager.

What does a day in the life of a Vanguard Sales Executive look like?
• You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands
• You will travel to our customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them 
• You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
• Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
• Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers

What are we looking for?
• Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you’ll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships
• Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or wholesaler background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results. Experience in both On and Off Premise channels within the liquor industry will be highly regarded
• Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
• A full, clean drivers’ licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis
