Job Title: Account Executive

Charterhouse is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
