In this Role
Lead the product strategy for our digital suite, focusing on our Retailer Digital Marketing Platform. Own and manage day-to-day operations, becoming the expert on key product areas. Transform product vision into actionable plans and drive execution. Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery. Advocate for retailers, shoppers, and stakeholders, turning feedback into product improvements.You’re Likely a Match If
3+ years in product management, especially in digital products. A problem-solver with a relentless curiosity and a data-driven mindset. Strong communicator and influencer across all levels. Agile expertise, with experience leading scrums and managing backlogs. A track record of delivering innovative solutions that resonate with customers. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in a digital team environment (agency and in-house experience is a bonus).Life at Metcash
