**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with CEO/Board to define product features, improvements, and roadmap.
* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market requirements, CEO/Board direction, customer feedback, and business objectives.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams including CEO, CTO, Engineering and CS and QA to deliver high-quality product increments on time.
* Translate business requirements into user stories, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Gather insights to continuously improve product feature utilisation, usability, and user satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyse key product metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**Requirements:**

* A degree in computer science, engineering, design, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C SaaS.
* Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* A passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
