Senior Product Manager - AI Transformation

At Optus, we're embarking on a transformative journey to harness the power of AI and drive digital innovation. As a Senior Product Manager - AI Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our AI strategy and product development, ensuring seamless integration with our broader Service and Sales strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of AI-driven products, aligning with Optus' digital transformation goals.
  • Drive business and customer value through AI product roadmaps, in line with squad Objectives/Key Results (OKRs).
  • Deliver AI digital benefits across service and sales hubs, contributing to Optus' digital transformation.
  • Provide thought leadership, shaping innovative AI-driven experiences for Optus customers.
  • Foster collaboration across functions, promoting a digital-first approach throughout the organisation.
What We're Looking For:
  • Extensive experience in product management, ideally in telecommunications or information technology.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through the execution of digital strategies.
  • Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Both strategy and operations experience, ensuring a well-rounded approach to product management.
  • Solid interpersonal and leadership skills, including staff development and people management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and comprehension skills.
