The role of HR Coordinator is to provide quality and commercially effective advice to our employees and business leaders; whilst aiming to empower our managers to build their people capability.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include: To role model exemplary customer service, high levels of responsiveness to customer queries and quality output, support an open door policy and actively promote a culture of continuous learning and innovationProvide effective people advisory, operational and tactical support, interpretation and assist with increasing our people capability, assist in providing training and coaching to management in people complianceAssist with the development and implementation of our strategies, people policies and proceduresPerformance Management - assist with the effective coaching of our managers and support in providing reports on all performance management activity, measures and outcomes; andAdministration – manage and process all employee and contractor HR documentation.

The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Employment Law or related disciplineBe able to demonstrate prior experience working in a similar HR or related roleExposure to People Management Information Systems and Employment Contracts and/or Contractor AgreementsPassion for service and multiplying our people capability (empowering our people)Actively seek out improvements / clarityHighly organised, with the initiative and ability coordinate multiple tasks effectivelyProven ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, within a high volume and time critical work environmentExcellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust and commitment; andBe a team player.
