We are currently looking for a full time Customer Support Representative to join our Cuteam based onsite in St. Leonards, Sydney. This is a crucial role that supports our Technical Services team, Field Service Engineers, and hospital staff.

Manage of all phone and email inquiries into the Repair Centre and all Service ContractsBooking incoming repair jobs and prioritising work orders based on circumstances, driving the workflow of the Treatment Service EngineersReceipting incoming parts and arranging the distribution of them when required to the Field Service TeamFollowing up with customers to obtain Purchase Order numbers for jobs that have been quoted for repairShipping and receiving loan items and following up outstanding loan unitsEnsure individual actions & team processes maintain an exemplary record of compliance and commitment to relevant quality standards through the use of the local quality management system.Participation in continuous process improvement aligned with the quality standards.Culture and Benefits:
