Our client is an innovative and exceptional leading Company, who specialise in printing, IT and Office Technology solutions. Working with big names in the IT space, our client has built strong partnerships over the years and the team is growing as a result.
Our client is looking for a
**Customer Support Representative** to join the fun & vibrant team located in Pyrmont and put your expert knowledge to use
**The role**:
As a Customer Support Representative, your main goal is to focus on business needs and ensure a satisfactory outcome is delivered to the customers. This will provide you with value and support from the Company as a result. Some duties will include:
- Work as Level 1 Help Desk ensuring you listen and action accordingly.
- Liaising, recording & coordinating with external third parties.
- Record technical issues, faults and assist with resolving issues.
- Follow policies, procedures and provide consistent information.
- Raise cases, incidents and be proactive / efficient with this.
- Liaising with end customers to install devices / send instructions.
**Skills and requirements**:
- Previous Customer service and/or **Call Centre Experience**:
- Basic IT Knowledge is highly advantageous
- Experience or exposure to logistics
- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and interpersonal
- Strong Team player, sociable, values and willing to work together
- High attention to detail, proactive and dedicated individual
- Problem solving, intuitive, positive mindset and cooperative
- Open to change, assist with processes and provide insight / feedback
**What is in it for you?**
