**The role**

Reporting directly to our CEO, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively drive our Sales Strategy.

**What you will do**
- Responsible for delivering our Sales Strategy, meeting monthly Sales Targets and Performance Goals (KPIs).
- Liaising with Local Area Coordinators, NDIS Providers, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and other providers / services for new business.
- Regular contact with clients or their family/nominees, outlining our services and solutions, tailored to the individual and their unique circumstances.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience consistently achieving Sales Targets.
- Cold calling experience based on KPIs from a defined Sales & Marketing Strategy.
- Ability to manage both outbound cold calling campaigns as well as inbound quotation opportunities.
- Knowledge in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), with an ability to clearly articulate the different types of services offered by the Company.
- Experience in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM), with experience in ACTIVE Campaign desired.
- Exceptional relationship building abilities and written and verbal communication.
- Have great negotiating abilities, be proactive, resilient, adaptable, and able to work autonomously.
