Contract and Finance Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for a professional and well organised Contract and Finance Administration Executive to join our highly successful and market leading Residential team.
In this fast-paced role, you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom, you will assist with administrative for Melbourne's most sought-after residential projects from launch to completion, as well as assisting with various ad hoc office/finance administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing Contracts of Sale Documentation including data entry into various systems
- Liaise with Channel Agents and Colliers Retail Agents as required
- Assist with the management of shared email account
- Liaise with solicitors regarding sale documentation, general correspondence, contract status
- Produce reports as required
- Generating invoicing as required
- Assist with other administrative duties as required
- Assist with reception cover as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to work in faced paced, high-stakes environment
- Ability to prioritise, deal with several matters and work to deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Common sense approach to problem solving
