**About the position**
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced Office Administrator to join our Finance Department.
The Finance Department provides services covering FP&A, incorporating budgeting and financial analysis, Financial Accounting, incorporating Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (patient billing and sundry debtors); Private Practice administration, Cash Management and Investments. The total revenue of the hospital is approximately $1.3 billion per annum. The Finance Department situated in Heidelberg, nearby the Austin campus of the hospital.
The position, reporting to the Director Financial Accounting is responsible for the day-to-day office operations, and providing administrative support to the Director. As the Finance Office Administrator, you will greet visitors, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintain site specific policies and procedures, and provide back up support to back-office staff as required.
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Certificate / Diploma in Office Administration
- 4+ years of experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organise and complete multiple tasks on a given day
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
