Your next role

L3Harris is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our Melbourne office to assist in management of contracts for the Enterprise Network Modernisation Program (ENMP). In this role, the successful candidate will contribute to the end-to-end assistance of managing a major contract associated as part of Commercial Team. The role is exciting and requires a confident professional who is able to contribute to work in a fast paced enviroment while effectively maintaining important relationships, along with the ability to resolve problems, and use sound judgement. What the role will involve:

Aids Commercial Team in the preparation/ execution ofRFI / RFP/ RFQ'sNon-Disclosure AgreementsSubcontract modificationsInformation transferred to suppliers via the secure websiteSupplier Vetting RequestsSupplier Quality approvals Process invoices for Commercial and Government subcontracts and resolves associated problems with receipts and/or invoicing. Ensure files are maintained in compliance with L3Harris Policies and government requirements including creation, management, and archiving, of contract and subcontract files / required documentation Administrative management of high volumes of change. This requires an ability to follow the contractual change process and other change mechanisms developed to ensure timely responses, working closely with teammates to ensure we meet deadlines, and assisting in the flow-downs between the head contract and the subcontracts. Working collaboratively with the broader Commercial Team to ensure contractual compliance and governance requirements are adhered to. Contribute to the wider program team in achieving outcomes and ensuring all commitments are met. Assistance with management of all contractual processes and reporting, both internal and external while maintaining pertinent records. Support internal and external audits.

 Qualifications:

Requires broad theoretical job knowledge. Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Total years 0-3 related experience to be one or a combination of the following: Supply Chain, Subcontracts, Contracts, Procurement, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Legal and Government compliance, and/or Finance. Coursework, or practical experience that demonstrates business acumen, compliance, legal, negotiations skills, analytical mindset, strategy development and execution. Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Contract Management, Finance, Commerce, Law, etc.) from a recognized institution, and/or equivalent relevant commercial experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Possess excellent communication skills, quality commitment, customer focus, strong interpersonal skills and be adaptable. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and program teams. Exposure or experience with Federal Contracts, specifically Federal Aviation Administration Experience with PeopleSoft
