Our Melbourne office has a vacancy for a Senior Specialist, Organisational Development and Talent. Located within our Group Human Resources Team, the purpose of this role is to provide specialist advice and services to acquire and develop our human capital and to build the capacity of our organisation. 

Spanning recruitment, talent management and organisational development, this is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple HR domains in a global context. To be considered, applicants must have capabilities and demonstrable experiences in the following areas:

talent management and organisation development programs facilitation of leadership development, diversity, and change management programs provision of advice and support in the recruitment and selection of talent provision of HR related advice, reports and insights to key internal stakeholders contribution to continuous improvement programs and initiatives relationship management with key internal stakeholders

Applicants with previous experiences in a related industry, in an international context, together with tertiary qualifications in a human resource management related field will be viewed favourably.
