Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Psychology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior psychologists to drive organisational success and create a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Predictive Analytics: Analyse individual profiles to support our recruitment process and identify top talent.
  • Interview Facilitation: Participate in behavioural interviews and debriefs to evaluate candidates effectively and provide actionable insights.
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights from quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Culture Enhancement: Contribute to biannual culture surveys and leadership effectiveness assessments to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Assist in delivering psychoeducation and wellbeing programs to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's and completing or completed postgraduate Organisational Psychology study (Masters)
  • Proficient in qualitative data analysis techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for presenting insights to diverse audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high standards
  • Deep interest in understanding workplace dynamics and driving organisational performance
