**Reporting to the Senior Manager Ops & ER, this leadership role will take ownership for the identification, sourcing, assessment and engagement of best-fit talent for Development Victoria. Partnering closely with the P&C team and business leaders, the role will develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, campaigns and processes that deliver high quality outcomes, while continually seeking to promote and enhance our employer brand.**:
**The Talent Acquisitions Manager will also be responsible for**:

- Providing recommendations and solutions to leaders covering all aspects of recruitment;
- Talent pipelining industry mapping activities that deliver proactive solutions on demand;
- Working closely as a key member of our close-knit P&C team, sharing information, contributing ideas and providing mutual support, as needed.
