You will be responsible for:

- Developing an exceptional end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across a range of roles and disciplines within the business
- Conduct necessary pre-employment checks and screenings
- Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders including hiring Managers and Directors, HR Managers, recruiters, universities etc
- Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future opportunities
- Collaborate with the People Team, to enhance existing processes and employer branding initiatives.

We’re seeking an ambitious, motivated and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist with:

- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, including strategy development and execution
- Experience within a tech environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- A track record of delivering solutions that demonstrate real people and business benefit

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the VP of People and will partner with hiring managers across the company to run the end to end recruitment process. You will also be involved in supporting the People team on projects related to the People strategy, and OKR’s

**Unique value of the role**

As we continue to grow we’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Collaborating closely with our HRA and VP of People as well as team hiring managers, you’ll be instrumental in driving proactive talent acquisition solutions across the business, from junior staff members through to senior leaders. The goal is to create strong talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.

The role will play a part in supporting the People team in delivering on People projects related to the People Strategy and Company OKR’s

**Key Accountabilities**

Recruitment
- Ownership of the full recruitment process for junior through to senior management roles
- Deliver key talent to vacancies by managing multiple sourcing channels and key employment partners
- Liaise with approved recruiters to ensure we are sourcing the best talent for our open roles
- Support the People team in project work related to employer brand, learning & development and performance.
- Attending conferences and networking events where required

**Experiences, Capabilities & Qualifications**

Required Experience, Capabilities & Skills:

- At least 3 years experience in end to end recruitment within a People & Culture team or recruitment agency.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A love for being busy and a hunger to drive improvement
- The ability to be flexible, open minded and collaborative
- Highly developed communication skills with experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- The agility to manage concurrent activities and stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills
- Confidence to propose change where you see improvements could be made
- Keen knowledge of HRIS and HR ai practices
- Proactive approaches to working
- Contract negotiations
