What this opportunity involves:

As a Program Coordinator, you will assist the Program Manager in effectively managing global, local programs/projects working onsite with our client, global tech giant Amazon Your main focus will be on ensuring successful program implementation, stakeholder satisfaction, and the achievement of program benefits.

Responsibilities include conducting critical reviews of program and procedures to ensure compliance and optimize operational processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving sustainability initiatives within the organization, supporting the regional team in implementing sustainability efforts at the local facility management level.

A snapshot of the role;

Assist in managing global programs and customized projects. This includes coordinating program activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful implementation of program objectives. Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and satisfaction levels. Proactively address stakeholder needs and concerns, maintain regular communication, and ensure a high level of stakeholder satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle. Collect and analyze data related to program performance, stakeholder feedback, and sustainability metrics. Prepare regular reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations, to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Facilitate effective coordination and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors involved in program delivery. Identify and assess program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management processes. Proactively address potential issues to minimize disruptions and ensure the successful achievement of program objectives

To excel in this role, strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills are essential. You will be detail-oriented and capable of coordinating various tasks and resources to ensure successful program delivery.

Experience in facilities, program, or project management essential.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of sustainable practices in the built environment.  Possesses strong analytical skills to review and analyze program data, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions. A strong drive for continuous improvement and a willingness to learn and implement best practices.
