About the Role

The University of Notre Dame Australia seeks a dedicated and experienced Academic Program Coordinator to manage its UniPath program. This is a part-time opportunity (0.6 FTE) with a continuing contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the UniPath program, including liaison with Course Coordinators and the National Director of Pathways.
  • Align the program with University policies and strategic objectives.
  • Provide oversight of course offerings and timetabling to ensure student progression.
  • Promote the program accurately and effectively in University materials.
  • Operate with a high level of pastoral care, modelling desired behaviours for students.
  • Ensure program design and delivery is relevant to qualification level and consistent with curriculum design policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • A Level B Academic Staff Member will have qualifications and/or experience recognised by the institution as appropriate for the relevant discipline area.
  • Experience in teaching enabling programs and a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
