As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective management of projects, including logistical and administrative support, and will play a key role in the successful delivery of the program's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Global Health Research program, including project coordination and management
- Managing projects, including developing project plans, objectives, and documentation
- Liaising with stakeholders, including researchers, academics, and other program staff
- Coordinating logistics, including travel arrangements and meeting organization
- Providing technical support, including data entry and record-keeping
Requirements
- Rlevant tertiary qualification and experience in project coordination and administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with UNSW grant application and management systems
- Sound stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with computer systems and applications, including MS Office
