**The Opportunity**

The National L&OD team are responsible for building the capability of our workforce by ensuring that our people have the skills and capabilities required to perform their roles and to build successful careers.

As the Program Administration Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the National L&OD Programs Team to ensure the smooth delivery of programs across all of Ramsay Australia.

**_ In particular, this position will see you:_**
- Assist with the planning, coordination and administration of training programs
- Coordinate, advertise and market programs
- Assist in relevant meeting coordination and preparation including minute taking
- Ensure timely stakeholder communications

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will be a confident, self-directed individual with a high level of skill and knowledge in all aspects of administration. Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills is vital to this role in order to engage with a variety of stakeholders throughout the organisation.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Solid experience in a busy administration role, performing a variety of administration and customer service duties
- Ability to handle a large workload with multiple priorities in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite
- Willingness to learn and the drive to take initiative
- Previous experience in a health care setting _highly desirable_

**Remuneration**

An annual salary ranging from $70k - $80k + superannuation, will be based on relevant experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
