**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Pickles Onsite Industrial Team who can be based from our facility in Belmore NSW 2192. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. In this role your key responsibilities would include:

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries for the customers sites, ensuring items are accurately entered into our system, valued, photographed and uploaded to the website;
- Coordinating the auctions ensuring all assets are ready for sale and in the correct location;
- Providing exceptional customer service to both our vendors and buyers during the auction process;
- Conducting a thorough catalogue check to ensure all assets are correctly advertised;
- Completing the pre-auction lotting process to ensure the right flow of sale;
- Frequent travel to our customers sites throughout NSW as required;
- Developing and maintaining vendor relationships through regular communication with key contacts regarding reserves and valuations of assets, releases, referrals and marketing options;
- Liaising with site managers and external stakeholders as required;
- Completing pre-sale site preparations to ensure sale premises complies with WHS requirements;
- Reviewing stock reports and ensuring the steady flow through the department by placing assets to sale in a timely manner while meeting all vendor requirements;
- Overseeing the asset preparation processes to avoid slow moving stock and to provide a proactive attitude to vendors;
- Completing all WHS checks daily;
- Assisting with asset inspections for the Pickles valuations team and their clients; and
- Unload all goods coming into the facility and then loading purchased goods onto transport after auction.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience**:
- Valid Australian drivers' licence and forklift licence are essential;
- Experience working with heavy machinery, plant and equipment, or a relevant trade certification would be advantageous;
- Experience in sales or valuations (preferred);
- The ability to be flexible in fast paced environments;
- Ability and willingness to travel to our customers sites throughout NSW to undertake your role;
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including on occasions after hours;
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships;
- High level of interpersonal skills and proven experience building and maintain client relationships;
- Ability to learn and use new systems and databases;
- Strong time management skills and the proven ability to work autonomously;
- Clear and effective communication skills;
- High attention to detail; and
- Truck licence (preferred).
