About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Auction Coordinator. This is a dynamic position that will keep you engaged and challenged.

Key Responsibilities include: data entry of auction bids into our online auctions system, relaying information to an auctioneer by phone in a timely manner during auctions, clear and confident speaking voice, general administrative duties associated with the auction process, and effective communication with relevant employees regarding auction bidding.

  • A positive, professional, and engaging phone manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Reasonably fast typing skills (70-80 words per minute)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize competing deadlines
